Enclave – Creation at SPFBO 2016

Hello stranger!

Did you know that Enclave – Creation managed to get a spot at the SPFBO 2016? What? You don’t know what it is? I’ll explain it to you then!

The Self-Published Fantasy Blog-Off is a contest organized by Mark Lawrence, writer of Prince of Thorns, King of Thorns, Emperor of Thorns, & Prince of Fools. To enter in the contest was quite simple really, I had only to email him with Enclave – Creation which is a fantasy title and a self published one. And that’s it. Nothing more.

The contest consists of 300 titles… THREE HUNDRED TITLES! That is a lot of fantasy right there! Those three hundred titles were divided by ten blogs which will then read and review those titles, so each blog has thirty titles on their hands. From those thirty, they must chose one to advance into the second phase.

Once the second phase begins, each of them will review the other 9 books that passed the first phase and they will score it between 0 and 10. The score will accumulate and the highest one wins the contest, resulting in a heavy hand of good and free publicity.

I can only praise such initiative, it allows the small fish to swim into the deepest parts of the ocean even it is for a short amount of time. It will be nice to have a proper review from a complete stranger. Hoping to get some good criticism at least.

The blog that will review Enclave – Creation is the one linked below. Yea, I know, the name probably looks and sounds of dubious intent but trust me, it is totally legit. http://www.pornokitsch.com/

While the chances to pass to the second phase are really slim, I still look forward to know their opinion about Enclave – Creation and hopefully after reading their review I may be able to grow a little more as writer.

Wish me luck nevertheless!
